MESAVERTE RESIDENCE : Reasons why living in a condo is Beneficial ?

These days many people are comparing the benefits of owning a condo  versus a single family residence. There are compelling arguments on both sides.  Like a coin - it has 2 sides. But because this blog site is   dedicated to MESAVERTE RESIDENCES   of CEBU LANDMASTERS INC , I will focus more on the  reasons why condo  might appeal to you:

Everyone has their own personal opinions. However, I believe that most people can agree on these five reasons of why condo is truly desirable.

1.  There is  no maintenance that need to be taken care of such as mowing the lawn, pulling weeds, checking the PH level or cleaning the  pool, fixing the roof , repairing the plumbing ,  etc. . Maintenance consists of two things, time and hassle. If you live in a condo  you won’t have to go through the trouble of asking  for repair works.

2. There are shared amenities. You may not have to drive to the gym because you have one below you or within walking distance in the complex. If you love parties, a clubhouse is open for your  personal events. These shared amenities create a more social environment. Living in the same condo building as someone else that you see quite often creates a stronger sense of living .

4. Living in a Condo is more secure.  Some requires a key just to get into the building. Then a separate key is needed to get into the unit. This makes it a little more difficult for an intruder if he were to try to sneak in and walk out with  your valuables .

5. Living in a condo means  getting around   quickly to commercial and other important areas like malls, schools ,hospitals   and other business spots.

I know I haven’t covered all the reasons so why is living in a condo beneficial to you? You can leave a comment here.
